As the peak body for the real estate profession in the state, REIWA is a member-owned organisation representing over 1,100 agencies and more than 90 per cent of operating real estate agents in Western Australia.

REIWA also offers an Affiliate membership to specific organisations that are not part of the real estate industry, but work closely with those who are part of the industry.

These include conveyances, valuers, finance brokers, lawyers, real estate marketing and referral associations, government corporations and instrumentalities, kindred associations and financial institutions.

Why become an Affiliate member?

A REIWA Affiliate membership includes access to a range of products and services at discounted prices including:

REI Forms Live: Create and send REIWA’s online forms and agreements, which you can customise, populate and completed on the go. Tie this in with DocuSign which allows you and your clients to electronically sign documents (DocuSign is at an additional cost of $25 per user plus GST).
Training and professional development: Reduced pricing on REIWA Training courses at WA’s largest real estate training provider.
REIWA members’ site: A dedicated members’ website that keeps you up to date with everything WA real estate and gives you access to products and services which aim to save time and money, including:

Events: Come along to our conference and social events including:
- The annual CONNECT Real Estate Conference provides industry updates across three important aspects of the real estate industry – sales, property management and commercial – and also an opportunity to network with peers.
